this game is amazing!
I'm not a big fan of horror games, especially some of the most recent ones didn't give me that unsettling vibe i'm searching for in a game like these.
This game on the other hand makes me genuinely shiver, from the lonely and frightening atmosphere to the excelent sound design and creature design, everything feels exponentially scarier the more you play, great job on this one!

Flicking great game!
I enjoyed the experience by a mile. This was definitely unique from "Slender Man" and compare to other clone games, this felt genuine and scary. Not the say the antagonist was creepy. The best parts of the game were atmosphere and the sound design, which kept me on edge for sure.
Although, the core mechanic of the flashlight and that "staying still" did not work as much. I though that was the intention behind the quote earlier in the game, but once again it did not help. I would suggest improving the indication of where the monster is and maybe add a different approach for the player to hide or run.

My biggest respect for your opinion but I give you a clue: you can’t hide from scarecrow, but you can understand when it’s close to you. Also, try to read the controls because there is a key mechanic that you have missed🙈

You totally nailed the feeling and atmosphere. Really felt like I'd just started up Slender.
My biggest complaint would probably be either the sound or the combination of mechanics. The mechanics are really cool but combining them together kinda makes for a bit of a nauseating experience, at least for me. I was so hoping for a big jumpscare type thing when he's close or he gets you but dying is a bit underwhelming too.

I see! Is it the knocking the flashlight mechanic that I missed? That's the only thing I see that's different at least. I tried again with that in mind but I don't really know what it's doing. Maybe keeping the flashlight from dying? It never died on me so probably lol.
Yeah a lot of people ignore controls screens, I'm a prime example lol, so if there's a mechanic that's not "the usual" then putting it where the player has to see it is a great idea!

Love the design and the layout looks sick, but the flashlight mechanics seem incredibly difficult. Looking away is the only way to stop the flicker before it dies, but like you said in the poem he moves like a horse.
Also, the default volume was set to 0 for some reason.

Read the controls and if the flashlight is OFF, try to not move...
